Post Completion Integration
Our team will support your business leaders with a comprehensive 30 day plan to ensure both the acquired & acquiring business's employees receive full communications, plans for the initial integration activites are implemented and a daily control process is fully enacted.
Synergy Realisation into the Business
Over a period of between 6 and 12 months our team will implement the synergy projects and realise the financial and non-financial benefits. These detailed project implementations will have full tracker visibility and cost control linking into the business accounting function. All projects are reviewed weekly and at the appropriate time are handed over in a formal way to the operational management
