The C-Suite engagement is key to the strategic direction of the plans with approvals at every key stage.  Financial management is completed by our team with regular input to the business Finance function.


Our team will ensure an excellent two way communication process with all employees in order to ensure business continuity, alignment and to relieve undue concerns.


Our team have conducted over 3,000 Day 1 interviews with employees, at all levels and functions, over the last decade.

Day 1 Activity

Implementing the pre-acquisition plans in detail across the businesses, our team will work with nominated individuals from all the company functions to ensure accurate and specific employee facing communications are delivered, including Q&A's.


Utilising the business leaders time to maximise the day one impact, a full communication plan will be enacted, and numerous activities implemented to ensure an effective command and control process is established.

30 Day Activity

Conduct benefit validation exercise to identify any potential gaps between the due diligence data and reality as the business owner.


Evaluate further opportunities not in the business plan and confirm entire cost and benefit for the project.


Review and confirm detailed project plans as follows:

Throughout the implementation phase our skilled operators will balance the needs of the business, leadership requests, employee engagement with the rapid need to drive the desired result. 


Every project will be controlled by the Project Programme Office, using the best in class project tracking tools.
